Welcome to BACHAOO! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BACHAOO mobile application (“App”) whether as a Member (end user) or Business Partner (“Partner,” “you,” or “your”). By registering for or using BACHAOO in any capacity, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Members must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
Business Partners must be legally registered businesses or authorized representatives with the authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
3. Services Provided
BACHAOO offers the following services:
Access to prepaid vouchers, special deals, and promotional offers for Members.
A platform for Partners to list and manage their offers and vouchers.
Referral programs for both Members and Partners to earn bonuses by inviting others.
Marketing visibility for Partners through in-app promotion and communication channels.
BACHAOO may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App or services without notice.
4. Member Responsibilities
As a Member, you agree to:
Use the App for lawful purposes only.
Not misuse vouchers, referral programs, or any promotional system.
Maintain accurate information on your account.
Abide by all voucher-specific terms set by Partners.
5. Partner Responsibilities
As a Business Partner, you agree to:
Offer genuine, lawful products or services.
Accurately define and manage voucher terms, values, and validity periods.
Professionally resolve disputes related to your vouchers or services.
Honor all valid vouchers presented by Members.
Comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and industry regulations.
BACHAOO reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships in case of misrepresentation, fraud, or any breach of trust.
6. Prepaid Vouchers
Vouchers are issued and governed by the terms of the issuing Partner.
BACHAOO is not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of goods or services offered through vouchers.
Vouchers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Misuse or resale of vouchers may result in account suspension.
7. Referral Programs
Members and Partners can earn bonuses for referring new users.
All bonuses are subject to verification and fraud checks.
BACHAOO reserves the right to modify or terminate referral programs at any time.
Fraudulent or abusive activity will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account suspension.
8. Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors.
BACHAOO does not store complete payment credentials.
Refunds, where applicable, will follow the voucher terms and conditions at time of purchase.
9. Use of Branding and Content
Partners grant BACHAOO a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their business name, logo, and marketing materials within the App and marketing efforts.
Partners may not use BACHAOO’s branding without prior written approval.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of BACHAOO is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
Reasonable security measures are taken to protect sensitive data.
11. Termination
BACHAOO may suspend or terminate your account or partnership at any time for violations of these Terms or any harmful activity.
Partners may terminate their participation by giving at least 30 days' written notice.
Members may delete their accounts through the App or by contacting support.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BACHAOO will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity.
Disputes between Members and Partners, or performance failures by Partners.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any significant updates will be communicated via the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
By registering or continuing to use the BACHAOO App or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
