1. For Members (App Users)
a) Prepaid Voucher Purchases
● Once a prepaid voucher is purchased through the BACHAOO app, it is considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the issuing business.
● Please review the voucher terms, expiry date, and usage conditions before purchasing.
b) Voucher Errors or Issues
● If you purchased a voucher by mistake or encountered a technical error:
● You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
● Refunds or cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
c) Business Rejection
● If a partner business refuses to honor a valid voucher:
● Contact BACHAOO support immediately.
● We may issue a refund or replacement if the voucher was valid and unused.
2. For Business Partners
a) Voucher Offer Cancellation
● Partners may request to cancel or modify an active voucher campaign by contacting the BACHAOO team.
● Vouchers already sold to members cannot be canceled retroactively.
● Business partners must honor all valid and active vouchers previously issued.
b) Service Disruptions
If your business cannot temporarily provide service (e.g., due to closure or maintenance), please notify BACHAOO in advance to pause redemptions.
3. Processing Time
● Approved cancellations or refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
● Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or BACHAOO wallet (as applicable).
5. Policy Changes
BACHAOO reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Major changes will be communicated through the app or email notifications.
